1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting ReelPlay Center, booking an event, purchasing goods or services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

ReelPlay Center provides the following services:

• Daily general admission for family-friendly fun

• Private event rentals (e.g., birthday parties, showers)

• Sober bar entertainment (e.g., karaoke, trivia)

• Seasonal mobile food services under STFU

• Participation in contests, promotions, and giveaways

• Digital content, communications, and promotional offers

All services are provided at our discretion and may change at any time.

3. Age & Eligibility

Some services and promotions (such as contest entries or party bookings) are limited to individuals 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a legal guardian. We reserve the right to verify age and identity for certain bookings or prize redemptions.

4. Liability Disclaimer

By entering our venue or participating in any ReelPlay Center events or contests, you agree to hold ReelPlay Center, MFS LLC, and its employees or affiliates harmless from:

• Any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred onsite or offsite

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Food or drink sensitivities or allergic reactions

All event guests are responsible for their own safety and behavior. We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of our equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.

5. Property Damage

Customers are liable for any damages caused intentionally or due to negligence to ReelPlay Center’s property, equipment, or furnishings. Event hosts are also liable for damages caused by their guests.

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• Daily entry and event bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise arranged.

• Event cancellations require at least 72 hours’ notice for a refund.

• No refunds are issued for no-shows.

• STFU purchases are final unless product defect is reported at time of sale.

7. Contests & Giveaways

By entering any giveaway or promotion hosted by ReelPlay Center, you agree to the following:

• Entries must be valid (e.g., correct phone, email, and social follows).

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Winner must claim prize within 7 days of notification or a new winner will be drawn.

• ReelPlay Center reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the contest at any time.

• Entries may be used for future marketing purposes.

• Contest is sponsored solely by ReelPlay Center and is in no way affiliated with Facebook, TikTok, or any social platform.

8. Use of Image & Likeness

By attending events at ReelPlay Center or participating in any activities onsite or offsite, you grant ReelPlay Center and MFS LLC permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings that may include your image or voice for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in print, online, or social media. No compensation will be provided for this use.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect information (such as name, email, phone number) for the purpose of communicating promotions, events, and important updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Use of Website & Social Media

You agree not to use our website, email list, or social media channels to:

• Post harmful or misleading information

• Infringe upon the rights of others

• Attempt to hack or disrupt services

We reserve the right to block access or remove users who violate these terms.

11. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
